•	Ensures that all kitchen mise-en-place is prepared according to production plan.
•	确保所有厨房餐前准备按照制作计划提前准备好。
•	Assists in other food production areas as and when required.
•	如有需要，需协助其他厨房的食品制作。
•	Checks food preparation, cost, quality, quantity and portion control daily.
•	每天检查食物的准备、成本质量、数量和份量控制。
•	Ensures full co-operation and good relationship with all other service team members and departments.
•	确保与其他服务团队成员和部门的充分合作和良好关系。
•	Ensures the highest standards of hygiene are always adhered to throughout food preparation.
•	确保在整个食品准备过程中始终坚持最高的卫生标准。
•	Ensures all equipment is being maintained and cleaned regularly.
•	确保所有设备的定期维护和清洁。
•	Inspects all refrigerated areas and ensures regular turnover of food items.
•	检查所有冷藏区，确保食品的日常正常周转。
•	Is responsible for and accountable for the departmental operating budget.
•	负责部门的运营预算。
•	Conducts training on all related food preparations, hygiene and grooming standards in conjunction with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. 
•	与副厨师长和厨师长一起对所有相关的食物准备，卫生和仪容标准进行培训。

•	Experience: 2 years experience in similar position/ 2 years hotel experience.

•	Education: Completed a culinary course in a technical college or hotel school.
•	教育背景：在技术学院或酒店院校完成烹饪课程。
•	Skills: Excellent accounting skills. Excellent Food and Beverage knowledge. Outstanding technical cooking skills.
•	技能要求：优秀的会计技能，优秀的餐饮知识及出色的烹饪技术。
•	Personality: Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and Management demands. Able to cope with pressure.
