MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要 :

1.    Based on the needs of the hotel, through marketing plans, utilizing sales channels and platforms, position the hotel and its products to potential customers in relevant ways.

根据酒店的需求,通过市场营销计划,利用销售渠道和平台,以相关的方式向潜在客人定位酒店及其产品。

2.    Manage daily activities of social media channels. Participate in online conversations, establish brand awareness, customer satisfaction, and marketing/e-commerce support.

管理社交媒体渠道的日常活动。参与在线对话,建立品牌知名度,给予客户满意度和营销/电子商务支持。

3.    Establish direct marketing plans, targeted activities, and activate channels to drive consumer awareness and preferences, increase market share, and establish a broader investment portfolio and brand awareness.

建立直接的营销计划,有针对性的活动,并激活渠道,以推动消费者的意识和偏好来增加市场份额,建立更广泛的投资组合和品牌知名度。

4.    Maintain and update sales records manually or using a computer to ensure that daily work is completed on time.

Duties & Responsibilities 职责义务:

1.    Ensures hotels' eCommerce strategies are effectively implemented in the online platform.

确保酒店的电子商务战略在在线平台上得到有效实施

2.    Ensures compliance and participation in company promotions and eCommerce channels.

确保合规并参与公司促销和电子商务渠道。

3.    Understand the working relationships between sales, revenue and F&B.

了解销售、收益和餐饮之间的工作关系。

4.    Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, Sales & Revenue leaders and eCommerce leaders.

与总经理、餐饮部负责人、运营负责人、销售和收益负责人以及电子商务负责人协商,根据预算执行年度营销计划。

5.    Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.

6.    Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.

7.    Assists in the development and execution of the cluster marketing plan (e.g. retargeting campaign, OTA marketing, etc.).

8.    Develops the offer landing page on Marriott.com for cluster offers.

9.    Identifies and obtains Marriott.com and OTA marketing and merchandising placements as appropriate.

10.  Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.

11.  Active participation and submission of reports at sales meetings.

12.  Assists in planning and coordinating sales activities and events.

13.  Assists in coordinating the development of all promotional material.

14.  Managers account base and maintains all customer information up to date manually and

electronically.

管理客户档案数据库。手工或以电脑更新客户档案。

15.  Provides ongoing advice and support to staff under his/her supervision.

不断地对下属员工给予持续建议及支持。

16.  Undertakes tasks as and when requested to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives of hotel.

执行上级要求的任务,完成市场销售目标。

17.  Abides by the Westin Employee Handbook.

遵守威斯汀酒店员工守则。

18.  Abides by both the hotel and Westin policies and procedures.

遵守威斯汀酒店的程序及政策。

19.  Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis.

评估个人表现,使之不断提高。

20.  Carries out other tasks as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales.

完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

21.Follow all company policies and procedures.

      遵循万豪集团及酒店的所有政策和程序。
