AssistTraining Manager to implement the training function to support hotel’s businessobjectives and management goals. Coordinate and support hotel generic training, deparTeam Memberentaltraining, language training, associates knowledge etc. Keep and track training data. Couching and facilitate other associates bydemonstrating brand value to all associates always.

1.Be responsible for the maintenanceof birthday records of all TeamMember and to facilitate the arrangement of monthly to includepreparation of birthday cards and organize venue for the birthday party.
负责更新员工生日纪录及安排每月生日聚会。
2.Assist Training Manager to set up Team Member’s activates’ group todesigns and organizes or arranges various sorts of team member activities.
协助培训经理建立员工活动小组,设计并组织安排各类员工活动。
3.Monthly report for Team Members reward and punishing record.
完成月度员工奖惩纪录汇报。
4.Maintains effective internalcommunication with team members.
保持和员工的有效沟通。
5.Maintains and update the TeamMember notice boards, posters, and other forms of this kind communications intime.
负责维护及更新员工告示栏、通知及其他形式的公众沟通材料。
6.Assist to implement team membermotivation, recognition and participation program for the hotel.
协助培训经理完成关于员工的激励,奖励及其他活动的执行。
7.Be responsible to take photographsfor all team members.
负责所有活动的拍照。
8.Monitorattendance records of all language/training classes.
检查各种语言或其他培训的出勤情况。
9.Conductlanguage courses and other training programs as assigned.
完成上级指派的语言类或其他培训任务。
10. CoordinateOrientation Program for all newly hired team members.
协助完成新员工入店培训。
11. Assist with the annual hotel training needs surveyin October.
在每年10月协助完成年度培训需求调查。
12. Organize the Grooming Training and First AidTraining.
组织酒店仪容仪表培训及急救培训。
13. Collectmonthly skills training reports from all deparTeam Memberents to complete theMonthly Training Report.
收集月度部门培训记录,完成月度酒店培训报告。
14. Carries out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
