主要职责
Main Duties:

确保所有员工根据合约的雇佣条件、当地法规以及公司/酒店的政策与程序得到公平和一致的对待。
Ensures that all associates are treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of employment, local legislation, and company/hotel policies and procedures.

监督酒店的招聘和挑选程序，为部门总监和部门经理提供有效迅速的招聘方案。
Oversees the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing Division and Department Heads with effective and efficient recruitment solutions.

确保在酒店内与所有级别的员工保持良好及专业的工作关系，在员工的福利、安全和发展上表现出积极的态度。
Ensures a strong professional relationship with all levels of associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.

在入职培训时协助培训经理进行人事相关内容的培训。

Assists the L&D Manager with Orientationtraining on job related issues.

将所有人事记录输入人事系统。
Enters Personnel records into the HR System.

整理并统计离职员工信息。
Collect information of resigned associate.

出具员工在职/离职证明。
Provide Employment Certificate/ResignationCertificate

协调并安排离店员工离职面谈。
Co-ordinates and arranges outgoing associates for Exit Interview.

确保所有员工理解并按照员工规章制度的要求规范自己的行为。
Ensuresthat all associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to associate rules and regulations.

协助保安部经理对员工更衣室和急救箱的检查。
Assists the Security Manager in locker and first aidbox inspections.
