Assists in the implementation of the hotel’s Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions).

· 协助市场传讯经理，确保酒店行销企划活动与公司营销策略一致，对酒店活动予以适当执行

Assists the Marketing Communications Manager to ensure that the Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

· 按照安排参加部门行销企划会议

Attends Departmental Communication Meetings as scheduled.

· 为部门进行行政管理支持工作

Provides administrative support to the Department.

· 维持并更新酒店官网及分销渠道网站图片和信息

Maintains and updates the hotel’s photographs and information on brand website and OTA channels.

· 熟练使用CQ5系统

Familiar with CQ5 system

· 管理Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, 微信, 微博等社交媒体平台

Manage Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wechat and Weibo social media platforms

· 定期更新酒店客房内DigiValet内容

Update DigiValet content in the guestroom

· 定期更新iSalesKit内容

Update iSalesKit for sales team

· Check guest reviews on TripAdvisor and other OTA platforms and share with related departments
