To conduct regular departmental communications meetings and ensures departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

定期举行部门沟通会议、保证部门例会和会议有效执行。

To ensure up-to-date Delphi records of all events accounts.

确保及时更新Delphi系统中所有的宴会销售客户资料。

To keep and safeguard all contracts and financial documents.

To ensure associates also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.

To spend time in each function/ event to ensure that the function/ event is managed well by the Conference and Banquet Team.

To gather guest’s comments and provides feedback to the Food and Beverage, both Culinary and Service ensuring that the quality of the products and services are consistent with guest’s requirement and expectation.

To maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with food working relationships.
