all guest expectations by facilitating team work and ensuring all duties are
performed in a consistent manner and in the time allocated.

5.Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, AWAY Spa
policies and procedures including all health and sanitary regulations Provide
optimum service through talent training, coaching, feedback and ensuring

6.In charge of the preparation of yearly operating budget, monthly P&L
analysis, relevant business plan and promotion plan as well.
