【岗位职责】
Job responsibilities
1、为市场销售总监安排活动，配合其工作。
      Arrange activities for Director of Sales and Marketing
2、为市场销售总监安排会议，并做记录确保其所需文件的准确。
      Arrange meetings for the Director of Sales and Marketing and take notes to ensure the required documents are accurate
3、准确做会议记录，发给相关人员传阅。
      Take meeting minutes accurately and circulate to relevant personnel
4、确保所有的报告及所需提供的服务能按时履行。
      Ensure that all reports and required services are performed on time
5、协助部门总监完成每月销售报告及其他报告。
     Assist department director to complete monthly sales report and other reports
6、处理部门的日常工作邮件。
      Deal with the daily work of the department mail
7、建立部门的档案系统。
      Set up a filing system for the department
8、按照酒店的标准接听，转接电话，记录留言。
      Answer, transfer and take messages in accordance with hotel standards
9、协助部门其他人员相关文件工作。
      Assist other people in the department with documentation work

      Comply with the hotel's Code of Conduct.
6、遵守酒店酒店的员工守则。
      Abide by the Hotel Employee Code.
7、遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。
      Comply with hotel policies and procedures.
8、坚持不断的对自己的表现进行分析评估。
      Constantly evaluate your performance analytically.
9、完成上级交给的其他任务。
      Complete other tasks assigned by superior
