职位描述

岗位职责

1、执行餐厅经理及主管的工作指令，并向其报告工作。

2、坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨，带领员工按意式菜品服务程序和质量要求做好接待服务。

3、负责餐厅物料用品的领用、发放及耗损的记帐报帐工作。

4、带领全体员工做好意大利餐厅服务工作。

5、记录宾客意见反馈及投诉，定时向餐厅经理及主管汇报。

6、了解意式菜品品种及简单制作方式。

7、做好班组交接工作，并做好记录。

8、了解各国风俗习惯及生活忌讳。

9、每日检查意大利餐厅的卫生及摆台状况。

10、关心全体员工生活，抓好班组文明建设。

岗位要求

1、具有1年以上外资奢华品牌酒店餐饮服务工作经验；

2、思维敏捷，能够独立完成上级交待的工作，适应倒班工作模式、抗压性强；

3、大专以上学历，具有有一定的英文听说基础。
