Position Summary职位概述

He implements the requirements from both GM; cooperate with all the other departments to run the hotel; in charge of energy saving activities and help to make sure hotel security. He is especially responsible for the proper operation of hotel machinery, water supply, gas supply, electrical supply and Air-condition systems and also include the repair & maintenance work for all the systems.

执行总经理、景区工程总监的各项工作指令，协助酒店管理，节约能源，保证安全，对整个机械、供水、供气、供冷暖和电力系统的有效运转负责，包括对机械设备的效率和适当利用率做好维修保养。

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求

1． Planning, organizing and purchasing for all of facilities, machinery and furniture’s operation, R & M work and material purchase.

计划、组织和指挥酒店的所有机电设备、设施，固定装置和设备系统的运行、维护、采购

2． Designing and assembling in hand materials & equipments for hotel.

设计并装配现有材料和设备供酒店使用

3． Conducting feasible study on big project or decoration project. If necessary, come out a feasible proposal on improving work for hotel equipment and facilities.

对大的工程和建筑装饰工程进行可行性研究，必要时对酒店的设备、设施改进更新提出可行性报告

4． Communicating with consultant to make sure all the equipments and facilities are under good condition.

经常与顾问交流意见，确定设备和机械系统、固定装置的状况并维修

5． Working with consultant to assess the project bid quotations, provide related data and supervise the Contractor for the works.

通过顾问对外单位的投标进行全面评估，准备有关说明，接收并分析承包叫价，监督承包工程

6． Planning the annual energy consumption, planning the R&M budget.

计划并准备每年的能源消耗，包括各种维修材料和正常损耗更换物品采购审核

7． Planning and preparing for the annual FF&E and capital plan.

计划并准备每年的能源消耗，维修保养，固定资产和特别维修的预算

8． Monthly report and files need to be submitted:

9． Keeping all the data on file for better assessing, applying & planning.

10． Employing, training & improving department staff; helping them dig up TM potential. Organizing department meeting regularly.

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求

College graduation or above; physical and psychological health; have three years cheif Engineering Manager work experience; good communication skill; high sense of responsibility and team work;

Pre-opening Hotel experience with more than 400+ Rooms.

大专以上文化程度，有三年以上的工程部负责人工作经验，身心健康，良好的书面和口头表达能力，很强的工作管理责任心及敬业精神，团队精神.。

具备大体量酒店筹开工作经验。
