【岗位职责】

确保遵循酒店的政策方针和品牌标准。

确保所有队员遵守酒店仪容仪表和个人卫生标准。

确保正确解释酒店的服务标准和酒店政策给员工并且让员工正确的执行。

提供良好的工作氛围和建立和谐的团队，增加团队的士气和工作效率。

对员工实施培训，并评估他们的能力。

和厨师建立有效的沟通和友善的工作关系。

确保培训和监管新的团队成员，同时需要配合其他的员工。

负责团队的季度评估和团队纪律。

提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改变。

和其它部门建立良好的沟通关系。

按要求完成所有需要的数据报告。

在中餐厅有活动或者大型宴会时候准备分析报告。

处理所有的客人意见建议并且记录在册。

设计客人和VIP客人的记录并且维护。

监督和保持餐饮部的预算，收入等。

3年以上相关的工作经验。
