Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1· Those who be on duty should strictly execute all kinds of operation procedure, avoiding causing accident.
当班人员要严格执行各项操作规程，防止事故发生。
2· Finish maintenance of equipment based on the work plan, and take down.
按照工作计划完成对设备的维修保养，并做好相应的详细的记录。
3· Prohibit from wasting repairing material, on the premise of not descending performance of equipment, make sure of spare parts recycled.
在工作中保证检修材料的不浪费，在不降低设备性能的前提下确保设备配件的重复使用。
4· Execute daily inspection, eliminate unsafe factor and remove breakdown in time.
认真执行日常的巡检，消除不安全因素，及时排除故障。
5· Keep work place neat.
保持工作场地的整齐、整洁。
6· Obey to arrangement from superior at any time.
随时接受值班工程师和主管安排的其他工作。
7· Keep all material and drawing, tool and equipment which are used on duty.
保存好当班所用的资料、图纸、工具和设施。
8· Provide professional and good service at any time.
随时提供专业的、良好的服务。
9· Take note of daily work.
详细记录每日的工作情况。
10· Check level of each catchments well and sub pump, first hand control and then switch to self-motion if there isn’t any abnormity.
每日检查各集水井的水位及潜污泵，先手动，如无异常再转到自动挡。
11· Wear proper uniform when enter the guest room, office, apartment to maintenance. Enter the guest room must be accompanied with the waiter and ask the waiter to sign on the maintenance form when finish.
进入客房、办公室、公寓维修，要服饰整洁、礼貌、端正，进客房一定要由服务员陪同，当工作完成后，请服务员在维修单上签字。
12· To keep the tools, spare parts earnestly, check the strap whether is seep or not and the meters whether is normal or not when use O2, C2H2, N2.
认真保管好工具、备件，使用氧气、乙炔、氮气时，检查皮带是否漏气，表具是否正常。
13· Accomplish other tasks from superior leaders，get along with colleagues
完成领导交办的其它工作任务，与同事友好相处。
14· Co-operating with ACCOR instructions including local rules, procedures & training.
与雅高指令合作，包括当地的规章，程序和培训。
15· Not interfering with or misusing safety equipment.
不干扰或者误用安全设备。
16· Reporting all hazardous situations to management.
向管理层报告所有的危险情况。
17· Complete the tasks assigned by the superior according to the requirements
按要求完成上级交代的任务
18· Execute daily inspection, eliminate unsafe factor and remove breakdown in time.

Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1· Minimum 3 years experience on equipment maintenance, inspection.
具有三年以上酒店专业设备维护、维修经验
2· Abide to regulation concerned strictly.
严格遵守有关规章制度
3· Make equipment of kitchen, health club, laundry and water supply & drainage system, indoor and outdoor water feature and swimming pool system, irrigation system, cooling system, AC equipment and solar hot water system in good order. 
能够确保酒店的厨房、健身房、洗衣房设备、给排水系统、室内外水景、泳池、制冷设备、空调设备、热水系统的正常运行
4· Must be qualified for this job with rich experience and high efficiency.
能够胜任本职工作，具有丰富的实际工作经验，工作效率高
5· Able to deal with emergency problems in decoration system with related person
对发生的故障及存在问题，能够迅速准确地做出判断并组织有关人员进行处理
6· Adheres to Fairmont Hotels Group Corporate Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook and Hotel policies
遵守费尔蒙酒店集团行为准则、员工手册及酒店政策
7· Education:Senior or technical school or above
文化程度：高中、技校以上学历
8· Body condition :good health
身体条件：五官端正,身体健康.
