职位描述

岗位职责
1、具有运营监控能力，监督酒店的各个方面；
2、通过有效促销，最大化餐饮收入；
3、营造一个与公司价值相符的工作环境；
4、提供出众的客户服务，经常主动听取来自客户的口头反馈；
5、确保所有客户要求和疑问均得到快速而有效的回应；
6、根据标准对员工表现进行评估；
7、就职责与团队成员进行沟通和责任委派；
8、确保团队中的每个成员都能够与其它成员协力工作，具有团队精神；

9、确保安全而卫生的工作做法始终得到贯彻执行

岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，外资奢华品牌酒店同岗位工作经验2年以上；

2、具有餐饮行业的从业背景，对该领域发展有深刻理解；
3、具备吃苦耐劳的意识和良好服务意识，能适应倒班工作方式；
4、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及服务从意识，抗压性强；

5、具备良好的英文沟通交流能力。
