工作职责：
根据菜品推荐相应的酒
促销酒水以提高营业收入
维护酒店所有餐厅和酒吧的酒单
根据标准进行酒水盘点
提供专业的品鉴意见和建议
为消费者提供专业的品酒建议，帮助他们根据不同场合和口味选择合适的葡萄酒。
解答关于葡萄酒的各种疑问，普及葡萄酒知识和文化。
在葡萄酒采购过程中，为商家提供专业意见，协助挑选高质量的葡萄酒产品。
确保葡萄酒的口感、香气和平衡度等方面符合标准：
定期对库存葡萄酒进行品鉴，监测其状态和品质变化。
对不符合标准的葡萄酒及时进行处理，如调整储存条件或与供应商沟通解决。
Job Scope：
 
Recommend the wine according to the dish.
Promote and upseling alcohol to increase revenue.
Maintain all hotel’ restaurant & bar wine list.
Conduct wine inventory according to standards.
Provide professional tasting opinions and suggestions.
Provide consumers with professional wine tasting advice to help them choose the right wine for different occasions and tastes.
Answer all kinds of questions about wine, popularize wine knowledge and culture.
In the wine procurement process, provide professional advice to merchants to help select high-quality wine products.
Ensure that the wine meets the standards in terms of taste, aroma and balance.
Conduct regular tastings of stock wines to monitor their condition and quality changes.
To deal with wines that do not meet the standards in a timely manner, such as adjusting storage conditions or communicating with suppliers.
岗位要求：
具有3年以上的侍酒师工作经验。
持有Court of Master Sommelier或者WSET2以上侍酒师证书。
具备优秀的英语和普通话沟通能力。
Job requirement：
 
More than 3 years working experience as a sommelier.
Hold Court of Master Sommelier or WSET2 certificate or above.
Excellent communication skills in English and MandarinJob requirement.
