SUMMARY 岗位概述 :


Responsible for assisting the interpretation of business analytics into tactical strategy - provides focused expertise that will guide and direct the hotel revenue team through effective and measurable revenue management initiatives. Supervise hotel distribution team for managing direct and third-party channels distribution. The priority will be room revenue, with a growing focus on total revenue management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要职责: 

 

  • Support Director of Marketing to effectively manage inventory, pricing in all distribution channels, including Branded Web, 3rd Party Sites and Global Distribution System (GDS). Leverage market segments, booking channels and demand drivers to achieve revenue targets.  

支持收入总监有效管理所有分销渠道的库存和定价管理,包括品牌网站、第三方网站和全球分销系统(GDS)。利用细分市场、预订渠道和需求驱动因素来实现收入目标。 

  • Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve performance. Responsible for market / competitive set monitoring, analysis, and time sensitive action in a highly competitive market.

  • Leverage analytical tools and systems toward the goal of maximizing total hotels revenues and profits. Business owner of all Revenue Management systems and tools, including but not limited to IDeaS G3 RMS, Opera, BI tools, STR, Lighthouse, Travelclick. 

利用各类分析工具和系统实现酒店总收入和利润最大化的目标, 包括但不限于IDeaS G3收益管理系统,Opera酒店运营系统, Power BI 商业数据分析软件, STR竞争市场对标工具, Lighthouse 及 Travelclick 第三方市场分析工具。 

  • Supervise distribution team to actively managing professional relationships with OTA market managers and leverage third party channels to maximize revenue and profit. Proactively seek for opportunities including marketing promotions, campaigns that will benefit hotel.  

监督分销团队维护与在线旅游第三方渠道市场经理的关系,并充分利用在线旅游第三方渠道实现收入和利润最大化。积极寻找并参与有利于酒店的市场推广活动机会。 

  • Provide daily revenue strategy guidance with sales & operation teams.  

 与销售和运营团队密切沟通,提供日常收益策略指导。 

  • Works closely with the other departments to develop packages and promotions proactively and creatively according to market demand to stimulate revenue opportunities.

  • Create and submit hotel forecasts leveraging IDeaS G3 RMS. Monitor accuracy on weekly basis.

  • Support Catering and Food & Beverage team in data analysis and forecasting. 

协助宴会及餐饮部门进行数据分析支持和预测。  

  • Assist Director of Revenue in yearly budget and marketing plan preparation.

  • Present accurate and timely reports to leadership and ownership on an ongoing basis, effectively identifying and communicating opportunities.  

为管理团队提供准确和及时的报告,并主动沟通可开发的商业机会。 

  • Liaise with Life by Four Seasons team to formulate and guide in terms of pricing and packages strategies to optimize revenue.

  • Develop and mentor the Distribution & Reservations team for future advancement

  • Participate/Conduct/Attend scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested; Yield, Forecast, Department, Pre-Con’s, Sales and Marketing and Annual Revenue Management Conferences. 

参加/主持/出席定期的部门及行政会议,收益,预测,部门,前会议,市场营销以及年度收益管理会议。 

  • Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.  

如遇任何紧急情况,依照风险及危机管理计划应对。 

  • Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee.

  • Assist with all guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department, including assisting with high telephone volume and walk-in site inspections.

  • Coordinate Worldwide Reservation Office visits and special activities. 

协调全球预订办公室的来访及特殊活动。 

  • Establish relationships with Reservations Managers in the city as well as in Four Seasons, as well identify potential candidates for future recruitment.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任职要求: 

 

Education 教育水平:  

Bachelor above education background 

大学本科以上学历 

 

Experience 工作经验: 

Minimum 5years Revenue Management experience with independent luxury hotels, exposure with international hotel brand is a plus 

在独立经营的豪华酒店至少5的收益管理经验,拥有国际联号酒店工作经历者优先考虑 

 

Skills and Abilities 技能及能力: 

  • Extended knowledge of Chinese hotel markets and local revenue management solutions

  • Clear understanding in historical demand, group performance, seasonal and competitive influences by property and market, price sensitivity for different segments and market, demand and reservation costs across multiple sales channels

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to write clearly and effectively
