General Responsibilities

Ø The position is based in Aperior bar  , supporting the F&B operations.
      该职位位于南山酒吧，支持餐饮部的运营。
Ø The Senior  waiter needs to be resourceful and flexible, providing skilled food and beverage service to  guests.
 高级服务员需要足智多谋、灵活，为客人提供熟练的餐饮服务。
Ø Good understanding of western premium dining etiquette, with solid understanding of wines and spirits. 
了解西方高级餐饮礼仪，对葡萄酒和烈酒有扎实的了解，有CMS/WSET/SOMM100证书者优先。
Ø Are expected to develop superior capabilities to service VIP events, dining and drinks activities.

Ø Be flexible to support the company in it’s operations, which may include short-term cross-training opportunities in shenzhen CAFE.

Ø To represent the DOMUS image when present at work.

Ø Welcoming patrons, communicating confidently, explaining information about our menus and the venue.

Ø Consistently execute the opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean work environment.

Ø Always share your questions or comments with your manager. 经常与上级沟通。

Ø Customer requests, queries or complaints are administered right away, and complaints are communicated and resolved right away. 
客户的请求、查询或投诉被立即管理，投诉被立即沟通和解决。
Ø Clear understanding of guest expectations. 清楚的理解客人的期望值。
