OPERATIONAL

运作方面                                                                  

1.       Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

确保通过有效的管理使得水疗部的所有服务都能够最大的专业效率礼貌。               

2.        Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.

监督管理所有日常运作事宜。                                                                  

3.        Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each division.

参与并协作更新各分部门的职位描述     

4.   Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.

面试、雇佣、培训、管理并评估所有主管和各分部门相关负责人。                                                              

5.  Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience

   确保所有客人和参观者都能对水疗部留下美好的回忆。                                                  

6.  Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.

   通过有效的关系和人际交往技巧提高客人的满意程度。                                                                                                                          

7.  Conduct inspection tours of the facility.

带领参观者参观设备。  

8.  Ensure facility is clean and well maintained at all times.

    确保设备始终整洁且维护良好。       

9.   Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.

     在客满或缺少人手时协助下属。

10.  Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in Spa areas at all times.

始终保持水疗部宁静和谐的氛围。                                                                                                       

 

FINANCIAL

财务方面                                                                

1. Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget

  参与准备年度部门预算。                                                                     

2. .Ensure that expenses are in line, or below, with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.

  确保部门开支得当低于部门运作预算且严格控制成本。                                                                  

3. Introduce improvements and adjustments to ensure the facility is cost-effective.

  提出改进和调整方案确保设备有成本效益。                                                               

 

MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS

市场和公共关系                                                                 

1. Attend sales and promotional events as appropriate and as directed.

适当或有方向的参加销售和促销活动。 

2. Entertain regular and potential clients.

  招待固定及潜在客户。                                                           

4.       Maximize sales of in-house facility, merchandise, and products through effective promotion.

通过有效的促销活动最大限度的销售内部商品设备。  

5.        Create and present a marketable facility, merchandise display, and program, at all times.

坚持创造和展示一切可卖品和促销计划。

6. Liaise with Head Office, Hotel and Corporate Sales & Marketing Communication departments.

与酒店销售代表销售部门保持良好关系。                                                                    

ASSOCIATE RELATIONS

同事关系                                                                 

1. Ensure all subordinates are punctual for duty in correct uniform with name tags on at all times.   

始终确保下级按时上班正规穿戴制服并配带铭牌。

2. Ensure all subordinates project a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests experience at all times.

始终确保下级向客人传达专业的印象和友善的气质。                                                                  

3. Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development, and through effective counseling.

通过有效的咨询沟通在下属福利安全培训和发展方面采取主动行动创建高效有益的员工队伍。  

4. Ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of the Spa and Hotel's policies and procedures, rules and regulations.

  确保所有员工对酒店的规章制度政策程序都有全面的了解。

5. Conduct orientation program and training courses for new associates and regular “refresher” courses for existing associates.

  为新员工做入职培训计划和培训课程对现有员工不断巩固现有知识结构。

6. Conduct periodical evaluation of associates ‘performance and take appropriate corrective measures for improvements                                                                

对员工的工作表现作阶段性评估并为提高作恰当的调整。

7. Interview new associates in liaison with Spa’s Human Resources Department. 

   面试新员工与水疗人事部联络。                                                                    

8. Propose associates’ annual vacation and schedule Public Holidays off-in-lieu during off-peak periods.

在淡季建议员工年假和公共假日安排。 

9.  Ensure that the facility is adequately man during peak periods and at all times.

 在旺季时确保所有设施能够充分利用。                                                                  

10.  Take appropriate disciplinary action against offenders who repeatedly violate company’s rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.

     对于违反酒店规章制度政策程序的员工给予适当惩戒措施。

 

TRAINING

培训                                                                  

1. Ensure new associates attend hotel’s orientation program before commencing work in Spa

确保水疗部新员工在开始工作前参加入职培训。         

2. Ensure that associates are hired according to the e requirements and specifications for the appropriate position.

  确保根据职位要求说明雇佣员工。                                                             

3. Regularly update and improve training to reflect on current industry standards, trends and customers ‘expectations.

时常更新培训使目前的流行标准趋势和客人的预期受到影响。   

 

ADMINISTRATION

管理                                                                    

1.       Ensure that respective division’s monthly and other reports and correspondences are completed and punctually and accurately.

确保各分部门的各类报表信函及时准确地完成。  

2.  Plan and effective schedule associate’s roster to maximize manpower resources.                                                                

制订有效的员工班次安排表使人力资源达到最大的利用。

3. Ensure Spa and related general items supply items are in sufficient stock, and that their consumption is in line the with business demands.

确保水疗部相关大宗备品的供应充足且有序利用。

 

GENERAL - SPA

总体-水疗部    

1.       Respond actively and quickly to changes in the Spa operations as dictates by the industry, company or hotel

根据酒店公司和行业的需要及时变更水疗部的运作                                                                    

2. Undertake any other assignments and duties as may be required from time to time.

.在需要时承揽其他事宜。

3. Protect and preserve the Company’s interest, reputation, and image at all times.

始终维护酒店和集团的利益。
