职位描述
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
 
监督团队对客人执行的欢迎流程和房间销售
• Is in charge of coordinating the team
负责团队的协调
• Organizes guest arrivals and departures with the team
与团队组织客人的入住和退房
• Ensures that guests' requests take priority in the team's work
确保在团队工作中客人要求得到重视
• Ensures that services meet guests' expectations
确保对客服务达到客人的预期
• On starting work every day, checks the remaining departures and that the appropriate invoices are present and correct, complete with receipts
在每天工作开始时,检查每天剩余退房账单并发发适合正确的收据和发票
• Prepares the arrivals and departures list, the residents list and VIP guest list
准备入住和退房名单,在住名单和VIP客人名单
• Keeps track of the standard of services delivered, based on guest comments and quality audits
根据宾客意见和质检监督确保标准服务的输出
• Supervises the receptionists' checklist
监督前台接待检查表
• Supervises the management of debtors, group and individual guest invoicing and cash operations.
监督债务管理,团队和个人客人的账单和现金运作
• Ensures internal procedures are duly applied
确保内部执行正确的流程
• Checks guests' solvability
检查客人的可解性
• Supervises check in and cash operations
监督入住和现金运作
• Follows up any "no shows"
跟进任何“未到预定”
• Prepares debtor files for the accounts department
为财务部准备债务文档
• Manages stocks (wifi, paper etc)
管理库存 (wifi, 纸张等等)
• Writes the daily rooms report and checks it against cash operations
制作每天的房间报表并与现金运作作对比
• Checks cash levels at the beginning and end of the shift, auditing using the appropriate computer files
根据电脑资料在每班次前或后检查现金
• Checks that pricing matches segmentation
检查各个价格正确
 
Education / Professional experience 学历/专业经验
 
• Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality or F&B studies
持有酒店管理学校本专业院校酒店管理或餐饮本科或大专文凭
• Previous experience as a receptionist
之前有前台接待的工作经验
• Computer literate (Windows environment), PMS, Hotix, Tars and an aptitude for new technologies
电脑技能 (windows环境)PMS, Hotix, Tars和适应新科技能力的
• Languages: fluent in the national language, English and a third language
语言: 熟练的母语,商务英语并有可能使用第三门语言
其他要求
语言能力:英语-良好
年龄要求:20-30岁
