Essential Duties and Responsibilities–(KeyActivities of the role)

Assists the Training Manager in theimplementation of all training programs.

Familiarise yourself with the IHG HRand Training Standards. Implementproperty policies, procedures relating to training.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis for departmentsto Identify and determine training needs.

Tabulate the data showing departmentaltraining needs for the Training Manager

Analyze guest questionnaires, feedbackto identify and determine training needs.
对客人问卷和反馈进行分析,以确认培训需求。
Assists the Training Manager indeveloping hotel’s annual training planner and ensure it is in line with theoperational strategy.
协助培训经理制定酒店的年度培训计划并确保培训计划符合酒店的营运策略。
Assists the Training Manager toprepares the Training Budget.
协助培训经理准备培训预算。
Set objectives for all departmenttraining program conducted for the year.

Set the Evaluation System fordepartment training program.

Monitor the progress of the TrainingPlan for each department to ensure that the training objectives are beingachieved

Design, produce and implement trainingprogrammes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction withDepartment Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and thattraining is effective.

Attend departmental training session andcritique performance

Ensure that Department Heads abide bytheir responsibilities of employee training against departmental SOPs

Performs teaching duties in aprofessional manner, according to instructions issued by the Training Manager

Conducts new hire Orientation Trainingincluding grooming and hygiene, telephone manners, English training courses andetc as required.
按要求主持新员工入职培训,包括仪容仪表和卫生,电话礼仪,英语培训等
Conducts Service Training Program asrequired

Communicates and coordinates withother Departments for name lists of participants who will be attending training

Assists in coordinating and liaisingwith Departments or sister hotels concerned on sending staff out forcross-training and exposure both in PRC and overseas.
与相关部门或姐妹酒店协调和协助员工在国内,国外的外派交叉培训
Prepares weekly and monthly trainingschedules and monthly training report.
准备每周和月度培训计划和月度培训报告。
Checks that all lessons are conductedin a professional manner.

Supervises and evaluates localteachers’ performance together with related feedback from staff & planfuture sessions accordingly.

Assists Training Manager in sourcingfor training materials appropriate to the Hotel staff and responsible forpurchasing or having materials printed.

Maintains all hotel training records

Use IHG benchmarks to monitor successof training programs and amend your efforts accordingly.

Experience –
经验
2 years of relevant experience or similarsupervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-relatedexperience.
