JOB OVERVIEW–
职位概述
Manage the complete wine program needs of the Food and Beverage Division. Assist in managing one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis.
管理餐饮部门整体的葡萄酒计划。协助管理一家或多家全服务餐饮营业场所的每日运营。
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
Required Skills –

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
Able to read and write English
能够读写英语。
Qualifications –
学历
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
大专或酒店管理,餐饮或相关领域的职业证书。
Experience –
经历
1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
1年相关工作经历,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具有酒类品牌,啤酒,香槟,非酒精饮料,专用玻璃器皿,准备方法和装饰品知识者优先考虑。
