职位描述
Assists Training Manager/Training Supervisor in sourcing for training materials appropriate to the Hotel staff and responsible for purchasing or having materials printed.协助培训经理/主管搜集适合于员工培训的资料,并负责采购。Assists in developing and conducting English Course Training and proficiency tests as required.根据要求开展英语培训,并进行有效的英语测试。Maintains and updates records of all training programs conducted.保管并更新所有培训记录。Types, prepares and faxes all outgoing correspondences, memos, reports and letters.打印,准备和传真一些外发的信件,被忘录,报告等。Assists in compiling monthly training reports and do some translate.协助完成月度培训报告及翻译工作。Office administration issues.办公室行政工作。Communicates and coordinates with other Departments for name lists of participants who will be attending training.与部门沟通,了解参加培训课程的人员名单。Assists in coordinating and liaising with Departments or sister hotels concerned on sending staff out for cross-training and exposure both in PRC and overseas.协助培训经理,联络部门或姐妹酒店开展员工的交叉培训,外派培训。Maintains and cares for the Training Room, training library, training equipments,materials and storage.保管、维护培训教室、图书室的培训设施、培训资料及库存。Assists other staff in office administration and organization whenever required. 如有需求,随时为行政部门提供帮助。 Performs any other duties or responsibilities as required by Management.根据管理层要求履行其他的责任和义务。

1 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
