职位描述

Job responsibilities

1.Maintain and promote Hotel’s service culture and operating standards. 

2.Direct all operational activities towards supporting the Hotel’s goals - Gross Operating Profit, Guest Satisfaction, 3.Brand Consistency and Employee Engagement.

4.Set periodical business plan, budget, and forecast and performance reports. 

5.Coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel’s policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the food and beverage staff.

6.Approve the employment and termination of food and beverage staff and employees and is responsible for on-the-job training on a regular basis.

7.Coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventorying, maintenance and usage of all related food and beverage supplies and equipment.

8.Ensure the implementation of HACCP policies and procedures throughout the F&B Division. 

 

Qualification

1.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing F&B operations in a luxury hotel gained from working in key cities / resorts destinations globally.

2.Good verbal & written English is a plus.

3.Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Highly responsible & reliable.

岗位要求

1.至少1-2年全球主要城市和度假村奢华酒店餐饮运作管理经验;

2.良好的英语口语及书面表达;

3.良好的沟通及组织技巧;

4.为人可靠,具备高度责任感。
