•Assists the Guest Experience Team in efficiently managing the department according to the established promise- providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
协助客户关系团队根据既定承诺有效管理部门-在任何时候提供礼貌、专业、高效和灵活的服务。
•Liaises and organises with Housekeeping Department that the established cleaning schedules for VIPs in - house and arrivals are strictly adhered to.
与客房部保持联系，严格执行为住店或新到VIP客人制定的清洁时间表。
•Coordinates all Repair and Maintenance and reports maintenance job orders.
协调所有的需要维修和维护的工作并报维修单。
•Understands rate structure and promotional rates available.
了解房价价格结构和促销价格。
•Works closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
以支持和灵活的方式与其他管理人员紧密合作，关注酒店的整体成功和酒店客人的满意度。
•Ensures the team delivers the promise and provide exceptional guest experience at all times.
确保团队履行承诺，并始终提供卓越的客人体验。
•Handles all guest and team member complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

•Experience:  A minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity. Comprehensive rooms operational knowledge and experience. 
•经验：至少5年酒店行业工作经验，其中至少2年相关职位工作经验。全面的客房操作知识和经验。
•Education: A degree holder of Hotel Management or related disciplines.
•学历：酒店管理或相关专业学位。    
•Skills: Excellent oral & written communication, in both Chinese and English. Effective interpersonal skills. Familiar with computer system & application software, such as Microsoft Office, HMS.
•技能：良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。有效的人际关系技巧。熟悉计算机系统及应用软件，如Microsoft Office、HMS等。
•Personality: A team player. Goal driven, eager to learn and grow.
