•Works in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.

•Responds to the comments of guests and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

•Checks and cleans operating equipment and ensure the service trolley is properly stocked up.

•Cleans furniture, fixtures, glasses and mirrors.

•Polishes wooden surface and stainless-steel items.

•Maintains the cleanliness of public and back-of-the house areas.
