•Contributes to establishing a climate of motivation and enthusiasm in the hotel.

为营造酒店内提倡能动性和积极性的风气而努力。
•Assists and coordinates the Issue of press releases and features on the hotel to the local and national media.
•协助市场传讯经理向当地和全国媒体发布关于酒店的新闻稿和特辑。
Assists to maintain close relationships with editors and journalists of local newspapers, magazines, and radio and television stations.
协助市场传讯经理与当地报纸、杂志、电台和电视台的编辑、新闻记者保持密切的关系。
•Assists R&B team & Communications Manager to coordinate the activities of international PR consultants.
协助餐饮团队和市场传讯经理，协调我们国际公共关系顾问的活动。
•Ensures that all hotel collateral in printed according to our brand standards and takes responsibility of maintaining a good level of stocks/ monthly ordering for all collateral including in-house magazines.
确保所有酒店附属宣传品的印刷工作符合品牌标准，确保所有附属宣传品（包括内部杂志）的库存/每月定购维持在正常水平。
•Coordinates with Communications Manager that all on site photographers to ensure no disruption to guests and photographs represent our brand standard.
协助市场传讯部经理管理所有现场摄影师，确保摄影作品符合品牌标准且不给客人留下有损酒店声誉的印象。
•Works closely with S&M team and R&B team in creating events for our clients, guests, patrons and team members.
与市场销售团队和餐饮团队保持紧密合作，为客户、宾客、赞助人和团队成员制定活动安排。
•Maintains the hotel digital photo library and disseminate images to approved publications.
维护酒店的数码照片库，向外界正规出版机构发布宣传酒店形象的数码照片。
•Ensures that the hotel press kits are kept up to date with current press releases, biographies of key team members,restaurants concepts and photos.
确保酒店的宣传资料袋实时更新，留存有最新的新闻稿、主要团队成员传记、饮食概念和图片。
•Develops online presence of hotel through blogs and new media channels.
通过博客和新的媒体管道发展酒店的网络形象。
•Ensures invitations to Beijing’s hottest parties/media events.
确保受邀参加北京最热门的派对和媒体活动。

•Experience: Minimum 6 months-1 year in similar position or fresh graduates from a from a hospitality course.

•Education: Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school.

学历：大专院校或酒店学院的本科学历。

•Skills: Effective interpersonal and communications skill. Excellent command of oral & written English and Chinese.

•Personality: Great team player, flexible and able to adapt to face-paced environment
