•Processes all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
准确并有礼貌地处理呼入及呼出电话。
•Handles guest's needs or requests and reports complaints to Guest Experience Managers and Revenue Manager timely and effectively.
及时有效地处理客人的需要和要求，并及时将客人的投诉报告给客户服务经理和收入经理。
•Performs related duties and special projects assigned.
执行所有与工作相关的职责及被分配的具体工作任务。
•Compiles, sorts and stores reservation forms in order to maintain accurate and organised files for easy access and research.
对酒店预定单进行汇编、分类及归档，确保文档的精确性和条理性，方便查询。
•Enters all special room requests in HMS system and alerts Guest Experience teams of special requests in order to ensure department follow-through and guest's satisfaction.
在HMS系统中输入所有房间预定的特殊要求，并向客户服务团队发出提醒，确保跟进顺畅、客人满意度最大化.
•Contributes to establishing a climate of motivation and enthusiasm in the hotel.
努力营造一个能动性强、热情积极的工作气氛.
•Helps to keep up to date on all local and hotel functions and services in order to efficiently respond to any reservation enquiries.
确保及时更新所有酒店服务信息项目，以便有效地响应客人的预定要求。
•Assists Revenue Manager to control all suite and regular guests' reservations in conjunction with the Guest Experience Managers and ensure special reservation handling of top clients.
协助收入经理与客户体验经理一起，控制所有套房和普通客人的预订，并确保对顶级客户的特殊预订处理。
•Adjusts to changes in market requirements and the hotel’s sales strategies to meet business needs.
根据市场的需求以及酒店销售策略的变化进行调整，以满足业务需要。
•Ensures that the hotel's  rates are well loaded in our booking engine.
确保酒店价格及时准确地录入到预定系统中。

•Education: Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, college or hotel      school.
