职位描述

To handle all job related administrative work through the computerized engineering administration system in accordance with the departmental standards.

通过与部门的标准一致的工程管理软件系统来处理相关的管理工作。

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES岗位主要工作职责

Administrative Responsibilities

行政职责

·           In charge of the Engineering store inventory, ensure enough and appropriate quantity of stock items in the store room, coordinate with the Purchasing department and suppliers for the ordering of necessary spare parts and consumables

负责订购工程部所需备件、材料,保证和控制工程仓库有足够及适量的库存材料。

·           To carry out daily maintenance of all equipment as assigned by the leader

在工程部领导的安排下,负责日常维修保养工作。

·           To issue all work orders in respect of the planned preventive maintenance program and the routine daily work orders.

分发有关预防性的计划维修项目和每日例行的工作单。

·           To follow up on completion and update record for the planned preventive maintenance program.

对预防性的计划维修项目,要跟进完成,并更新纪录。

·           To ensure and maintain an up-to –date record of the planned preventive maintenance program.

对预防性的计划维修项目,要确保并维持一个不断更新的纪录。

Technical Responsibilities

 技术职责

·           To update all equipment data.

更新所有的设备数据。

·           To liaise with outside contractors in respect of the planned preventive program.

在预防性的计划维修项目中,联络及安排相关的承包商执行维修工程。

·           To advise the Director of Engineering or Engineering Manager in the event of any deviation from the planned preventive maintenance program.

在发生任何背离预防性的计划项目事件时,要向工程总监或工程部经理报告。

·           To process incoming maintenance request from other departments and distribute to the related trades.

及时处理其他部门的维修要求,并通知相关部门。

·           To follow up on job completion and feedback information to the computer for correct analysis of work load.

工作完成后,反馈信息并输入电脑,以便分析工程部的工作情况。

·           To ensure strict control for the Engineering drawings and catalogues.

严格管理工程图纸和目录。

·           To control the issue and consumption of store items and consumables.

控制库存物品和消耗品的发出和消费。

·           To issue spare parts etc. upon receipt of maintenance requisition signed by authorized personnel only.

只有维修单被授权人签署后,才能发出零部件等物品。

·           To be thoroughly familiar with all spare parts requirement and specification for all equipment and facilities in the hotel.

熟悉酒店所有设备和设施零部件的规格。

·           To issue purchase request for any material required and follow up with the Purchasing department for the delivery.

填写必需材料的采购申请,并跟进采购部门材料的运送。

·           To ensure the detail of the purchase order is in accordance with the purchase request.

确保采购单的详细情况与采购要求一致。

·           To assist the Purchasing department in the purchase of Engineering spare parts and consumables.

协助采购部门购买工程部所需的零部件和材料。

·           To ensure the goods delivered is in accordance with the purchase order in quality and quantity.

确保所购买的物品与采购要求的质量、数量一致。

·           To keep accurate record of all store items transactions through the computerized stores control system.

通过库存管理软件来保持库存物品的准确纪录。

·           To prepare bin cards for the total stock of each bin.

为所有的物品准备储存卡。

·           To ensure correct stock level is maintained at all times and advise the Engineering Manager if difficulties are being experienced.

任何时候都要保持合适的存货量,如有意外的困难发生时,要向工程部经理报告。

·           To assist in the audit of inventory at regular intervals as set by the Finance department

在规定的时间协助财务部门盘点物品。

·           To keep updated inventory record of all Engineering FF&E items and tools.

经常更新工程部所有物品和工具的库存纪录。

·           To control, record the issue and return of Engineering FF&E equipment and tools.

管理和纪录工程部设备和工具的发出和归还。

·           To prepare the Engineering monthly reports according to the departmental policy.

根据部门的政策,编制工程月报。

·           To ensure the store room is kept clean and tidy at all times, and all store items clearly classified.

确保仓库的干净和整洁,并且所有物品都应有明确的分类。

·           To classify all engineering tools, follow strictly the policy and procedure of borrowing and returning. To take good care of the hotel properties.

各种工具排放整齐.严格借、还手续。贵重物品严加保管。

·           To take strict precautions against thieves and fire, all combustible and chemical items are properly handled and stored.

采取严格的预防措施,防止小偷和火灾,所有可燃和化学物品能够得到妥善处理和保存。

·           To be of comprehensive skills with multi technique, take part in daily maintenance jobs within his ability.

具备一专多能的能力,积极参与力所能及的日常维修工作。

·           To answer the engineering calls, record the message or request, pass the information or assign related person to attend the request accordingly.

接听工程部电话值班,记录、整理好重要人物的留言或要求,并转告或安排相关人员去执行有关的工作。

 

Sales Responsibilities

销售职责

·           Take responsibility for delivering hotel product knowledge and promotions.

负责对外宣传酒店产品知识和促销信息。

Finance Responsibilities

 财务职责

·           Save energy and assist to control the departmental cost.

节约能源并协助部门成本控制。

·           Without affecting the safety and image of the hotel, to suggest all possible means of energy saving and environmental protection.

在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下,力图节省能耗、注重环境保护的新概念。

Human Resources Responsibilities

人事职责

·           Able to maintain high disciplines on standard of conduct

遵守饭店纪律与行为规范。

·           Coaches hotel staff as needed in scopes of basic skill development, career planning, and training.

就岗位选择方面作好酒店员工的指导工作。

·           Motivates the trainees

调动员工的积极性。

Guest Service Responsibilities

 对客服务责任

·           Being in the right place and dealing with every customer request.

在正确的地方处理客人的每一个要求

·           Being considerate to the customers, ready to make simple gestures to take care of them and ensure their well-being.

为客人考虑周到,准备好用简单的肢体语言照顾客人,并确保他们的舒适

·           Being sure of yourself and your skills to establish a simple and natural relationship with the customers.

自信以及有技巧的与客人沟通,确保和客户建立简单且自然的关系

·           Attendance:  Does not disrupt operations by being habitually tardy or absent.  Demonstrates reliability by maintaining consistent work attendance.  Displays flexibility and provides additional support when needed.

·         All staff are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

·         All staff may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

·         Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified

·         Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急事件的处理程序。

·         Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees

·确保所有的紧急方案都经过彩排,实施和加强以保护客人和员工的安全。

·         Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

·通过严格遵守现行的法律、法规等,来较好的执行酒店的规章制度,以确保酒店内部所有的人员和物品的安全。

·         Ensure all staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

·确保所有部门内部的员工都在安全的情形下工作,不可能在受伤害或危险的环境下工作。

·         Use safe manual handling techniques and practise safe work habits following Suning Health, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimise our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.

·使用安全手册技术并实践苏宁集团健康、安全环境政策下的安全工作习惯,保持将我们对环境和污染的防护减到最小的工作程序。

·         Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
