·Manage the operations of the Front Office Department byensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is providedto all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and InterContinental Hotels Groupbusiness objectives. To perform the human resource function in ensuringstaff selection, training, counseling and recognition programs are adhered toin order to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest servicestandards in order to maximize guest satisfaction.管理前厅部的日常运作,确保产品达到质量标准,按照洲际酒店集团业务目标向客人提供最佳服务。执行人力资源管理的职能,对员工进行筛选、培训、辅导和奖励计划,以便最大程度的提高业务水平并严格遵守对客服务标准,最大程度的满足客人的需求。

Qualifications –
学历
·Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, BusinessAdministration or equivalent

Experience –
经验
·3 years of guest service / hotel experience with one year ina management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
拥有3年酒店宾客服务工作经验,包括1年管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
·Type and level of experience required may vary slightlybased on size and complexity of operation
