  Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Assist General Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel. Provide regular direction and manage hotel operations for Rooms and Food and Beverage. 协助总经理制定、执行、监管酒店的各项财务与运营计划。为房务部和餐饮部提供定期指导并管理酒店业务。
2. Manage day to day operational activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team member. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance. 管理员工日常事务，计划并分配工作，为每个员工设定工作绩效和职业发展目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，帮助解决各种员工矛盾，提升员工绩效，并对员工表现优异之处予以认可。
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures. 监督日常运作和酒店工作人员的任务分派，协助总经理制定和交流部门的战略和目标。确保相关政策与程序的沟通交流和有效实施。
4. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and departmental management. 通过与其他轮值同事及部门管理人员进行日常沟通和协作促进团队合作、提高服务质量。
 
 
Qualifications and Requirements 任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration. 酒店管理或工商管理学士及以上学历或同等学历。
2. Business Administration and ten years guest service/hotel experience with at least five years in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of experience. 10年宾客服务或酒店服务工作经验，其中至少5年处于管理岗位，或具有其他同等经验。
3. Pervious extended stay experience or experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred. 有在长住客类型的酒店工作经验或曾在相似规模和复杂性的酒店工作者优先。
4. Must speak fluent English, and other languages preferred. 英文表达必须流畅， 能同时使用其他语言者优先。
