岗位要求
Job Requirements
1.Supervise each shift security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and Team Members.
指导监督各班的运作，确定保卫巡视的正确执行，确保对客人和同事实施安全保卫工作。
2.Assist Security Managerand Assistant Security Manager to handle daily work, complete work as instructed.
协助保安部经理和助理经理处理日常工作，完成他们安排的任务
3.Familiar with and checking hotel fire equipments、fire evacuation passages.
全面熟悉并检查酒店各消防设施、消防通道、出入口。
4.Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues to Engineering department by security guards as they record them during their patrols.
确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。
5.Familiar with each department work procedures、security knowledge、emergency procedures、ensure each position professional knowledge and work standards.
熟悉各部门工作程序、安全知识、紧急程序、监督检查与落实并指导各岗位警卫的专业知识及工作水准。
6.Conduct random bag inspections of Team Members entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed from the hotel without the proper authority.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵寻酒店财物管理的原则，在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
7.Provide escort services for Team Members carrying cash, where required.
如有需要，应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。
8.Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose and are not loitering.
在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等

1.Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
较强的人际处理能力并关注细节。
2.Minimum 2 years in supervisory position.
至少有两年从事保安主管工作的经验。
3.Communicates effectively and clearly.
有效清晰交流。
4.Thorough knowledge of hotel fire、life-safety systems and equipments.
熟悉有关酒店消防、安全生命系统和设备的知识；
5.Good knowledge of hotel security operations.
掌握酒店保安工作程序。
6.Maintain excellence in leadership abilities
保持优秀的领导能力。
