· Monitor Guest Service Agents personnel to ensure IHG Rewards Club and InterContinental Ambassador members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service

· Review arrival lists for all IHG Rewards Club InterContinental Ambassador members and select the potential Priority Club/InterContinental Ambassador enrollment
回顾优悦会及优悦会大使卡会员到店情况并选择出有潜力的客人加入优悦会及优悦会大使卡。
· Check room allocations, amenities and special requests of IHG Rewards Club and InterContinental Ambassador members and VIP rooms prior to the guests arrival
在优悦会及优悦会大使卡会员,酒店贵宾到店前,对房间进行检查分配情况,贵宾赠品及特殊要求。
· Greet VIP guests and IHG Rewards Club and InterContinental Ambassador members personally

· Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
