PURPOSE OF POSITION

目的

To manage sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel. 

根据年度市场销售计划管理销售活动,并执行酒店销售策略实现或超额完成预算。

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

主要角色&职责

· Implements all sales action plans related to the Beijing market (by customers’ properties) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

实现所负责的北京市场(按客户性质)的销售计划

· Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.

积极参与实现部门目标,促进达到市场预算

· Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / Embassy/ Government / FIT / Meetings/Events accounts.

密切关注公司、使馆、政府、散客、会议及宴会客户创造的利润及产量

· Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

尽可能最大化销售机会

· Assists the Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ATR for Corporate / FIT /Meetings/Events groups.

协助销售总监和销售副总监预测企业客户、散客、会议及宴会团队客户的客房利润及平均房价

· Attends related work functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

出席相关工作职能及宣传活动(如贸易展览会)及酒店促销(客房、餐饮、及其他设施和服务)

· Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Sales or Director of Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas, and report to Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales.

计划销售出差,在市场总监、销售总监、副总监的监督下管理主要市场领域,专注特定市场领域内的客户并向销售总监、副总监报告。

· Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research

定期测评及调查直接竞争对手

· Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.

通过直销、电话营销、传真及书面交流使酒店在主要市场领域保持高曝光度

· Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.

增加入住率,提高宴会利润

· Maintains close communication with the Events Management Team in the negotiation process of their accounts    

在谈判过程中与宴会管理团队保持密切的沟通

· Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness

高效率地完成每天的电话销售拜访

· Develop business leads for the Hotel on weekly basis

每周为酒店发展新的商务机会

· Prepare monthly Hit List of accounts to penetrate for the following month

每月准备下个月份的待开发客户清单

· Plan a minimum of 2 site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts

每周针对潜在/新客户至少安排两次考察或娱乐会晤

· Prepare monthly action plan for main market segment

每月针对市场划分准备销售活动计划

· Monthly review account profile/based on room nights production and average rate

每月根据酒店间夜产量以及平均房价回顾客户档案

· Monitor Competitors Rate Strategy, Account penetration and Marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge

监视竞争对手价格策略,客户渗透情况和市场活动,保证酒店绝对的竞争力

· Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management , including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts

全权负责客户管理,包括出合同,更新档案以及更新合同内容

· Update management on VIP arrivals and meet and greet accordingly

通知酒店管理层VIP客户抵店,与客户见面并欢迎

· Cross-sell sister properties & update ADOS on global accounts’ potential for GSO target

依据集团的全球潜在客户销售指标销售姊妹酒店并汇报至销售副总监

· Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel

通过销售谈判,实现酒店的最大利润和最高价格

· Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking

参加酒店客户的活动以及当地社区商务或网络会晤

· Daily report to the ADOS on market trends and business leads

每天将市场形势和新的生意报告至销售副总监

· Performs related duties and special projects assigned

承担相关的任务和特别分配的项目

EXPERIENCE

经验

· Minimum two+ years’ experience in hotel operations, related to or preferably in corporate sales

至少两年以上公司销售或相关的酒店运营经验
