PURPOSE OF POSITION 职位目的

To be responsible for the daily assistant of the Marcom team in the key areas of media coverage, special events/promotions, community relations and advertising.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

Maintains current media lists: local and international travel, leisure, lifestyle, entertainment, business and food editors

维护媒体名单，包括，本地及国内外，旅行商，生活类，娱乐类，商务及美食等
Prepare and review written documents（e.g, daily logs, business letters, memoranda, report）, including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness
准备并核实书面文档（如：每日日志，商业信函，备忘录，报告）包括校对确保信息的准确性和完整性
Respond to all daily general media inquiries via email, phone, and/or written correspondence
回应日常与媒体往来的邮件，电话及书面信函
Explores valuable media trades where appropriate

statements for hotel to media, especially during crisis situations
保持酒店对外媒体形象，特别是危机公关情况下
Maintains and update hotel’s website and hotel’s pages on RHR website

Arranges photography of VIP guests and maintain archives

Submits stories/photos to media and RHR regularly

Monitors news coverage and circulate internally

Maintains updated hotel press kit to include news releases, ExCo biographies & photos

Assists Director of Marketing Communications in developing and producing sales support materials for hotel (newsletters, brochures, mailers, promotion materials, in-room information, guides, etc.)

Assists Director of Food and Beverage in development and production of signage, menus, and other F&B collateral materials

Monitors all printed materials for adherence to corporate identity standards
确保酒店所有印刷品符合品牌标准
Coordinates all special events and promotions and maximize publicity

Coordinates joint fundraisers and other community promotions
协调联合募捐和其他社区推广活动
Contribute to employee newsletter, announcements and other printed materials published by Human Resource department
协助人力资源部完成员工新闻简报，人员任命和其他印刷品制作
Prepare or edit letters, invitations, monthly and quarterly press reports, and news releases, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Make updates to property website

File and update press database, digital library, and press clippings.
