JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Direct operations of the facility, including short and long range strategic planning so that the activities are happening consistently and with fun.

2.Meet with entertainment and activities companies to develop new ideas, concept and programs on a quarterly basis as required.

3.Create and assist in the implementation of 12-month seasonal activities plan.

4.Responsible for the safety at the beach and pool through effective scheduling, training and supervision of life guards.

5.Follow and ensure that colleagues follow all safety procedures and practices, lead by example.

6.Ensure Guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Recreation’s first priority.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Minimum of 6 years Recreation experience, at least 1 years management experience.

2.Rich experience in Recreation activities and creative ideas for activities.

3.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

4.Excellent communication and leadership.
