Establish the way of brewage and service for kinds of wines.制定各种酒水的配方、调制方法和服务方式。
Prepare the work flow in bar制定各酒吧的工作规程。
Be acquainted with the brand source and standard of wine and control the purchasing, receiving, storing and selling.熟悉酒水的来源，牌子及规格，控制酒水的进货、领取、保管销售。
Control the beverage deal, quality and quantity, decrease the cost if necessary. 控制酒水出品的份量和数量，检查出品的质量，减少损耗降低成本。
Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the bar, enhance the efficiency of the work and complete the mission in quantity.检查和督促部属严格履行职责，提高工作效率，按质量完成工作任务。
