Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.

制订与完善员工的招聘与筛选程序。

Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment.

协助制订招聘的标准制度与程序。

Assist in establishing hotel orientation, training, developing and evaluating systems. Provide new employee orientation regarding all personnel policies and procedures.

按照人事制度安排新员工入店介绍。协助确立新员工入职培训及发展,并进一步制订和提高评估培训体系。

Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations.  Consults with department heads on appropriate action and recommend final results.

为确保与劳动法和饭店规章制度的一致,重新审查所有行政纪律行为。与部门经理一起商讨合适的办法,并作最终的处罚建议。

Ensures the staff compliance with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.

保证员工遵守饭店的规章制度与工作程序,同时保证饭店的规章制度与政府的法令法规的一致性。

Oversee staff hotel personnel and ensure the effective staff management.

统一负责饭店的人事工作,以保证对全体员工的有效管理。

Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.

管理和更新员工的档案、法律法规文件、饭店规章制度与工作程序,以及其它人事文件。

Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, staff accident.

定期准备并提交人事报告,汇报如人员的流动,员工人数,招聘新员工和员工事故情况。

Follows up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.

密切跟踪员工试用期或合同的到期期限。

Assist in establishing Human Resources department budget.

协助计算人力资源部所需预算。

Follows up the staff appraisal feed back for the Division Head.

跟踪记录各部门总监对员工工作表现所作的评估。

Monitors the staff performance appraisal.  

监督对员工工作表现的评估。

Analyzes hotel manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.

对饭店的员工需求数量作宏观分析,并根据需要提出调整建议。

Monitor present and future trends of local labor situation, legislation and recommends an appropriate action.

监督用工现状以及当地与之相关的法令法规的发展趋向,并以此采取相应的措施。

Reviews personnel policies, procedures and practice.  Recommends changes, modification or up-dated information to the Director of Human Resources.

研究有关人事方面的政策规定以及相关操作程序与惯例。如有改动、变更或最新规定,及时向人力资源行政发展总监汇报。

Inspects regularly staff restaurant, locker rooms and locker and other staff facilities to ensure they are well operated and maintained

定时检查员工餐厅、更衣室、更衣柜以及其它设施,并保证这些设施受到妥善维护和合理使用。

Monitors and reviews hotel benefits and compensation and recommends the DHR of the changes as appropriate.

监督饭店的员工福利和补助情况。如有变化,向人力资源总监汇报。

Monitors the follow up of the time record of the staff.

监督员工考勤记录。

To improve staff performance through human management system this creates staff loyalty and commitment.

通过举办员工联谊活动,增进员工对饭店的感情,从而提高员工工作质量。

Managing students trainee and organize regular meeting with them. Maintain the relationship with schools and Assist DHR in planning and recruiting students upon hotel operations demands.

管理实习生,定期举办见面会,并与学校保持良好关系。协助人力资源行政发展总监根据酒店的运营情况计划并实施实习生招聘工作。

Pension calculation & communication with pension center.

负责社会统筹金的核算,做好向地社会统筹办的咨询工作。

Follow up employee performance evaluation.

跟踪员工工作表现评估结果。

Handle pension issue, and communicate with pension center.

处理社保事宜,并与社保部门做好沟通。

Co-ordinate with medical insurance center to handle all employee injury case according to the government policy.

与医疗保办协作,依照政府相关政策,处理员工受伤事宜。

Collect all government pension & medical insurance policy and keep good communication with top management.

注意收集政府有关社会统筹和医疗保险的政策,与相关管理人员保持良好的关系。

Handle employee personal file transfer, and communicate with labor office.

处理员工档案转接,并与劳动部门做好交流。

Follow up employment contract related issue.

负责员工合同事宜。
