岗位职责/职位描述

 

Position Summary职位概述

 

Responsible for coordinating the daily activities   in the Housekeeping office and assist in the communications between the   different Housekeeping areas and with other departments.

负责管家部的日常工作协调并协助管家部与其他部门及管家部各分部之间的沟通。

 

1.           Work closely with the   Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.

与前台接待密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态。

2.           To receive check-outs from Front Office and   communicates these to Floor Supervisor.

从前台获得退房信息并迅速告诉楼层主管。

3.           To record daily okay rooms.

记录更新当日所有可用房。

4.           Issues, receives, records   and controls all Housekeeping phones.

发放,收回,登记和控制所有管家部手机。

5.           To keep record of keys and floor   master keys issued to other departments and floors.

记录分发到各个楼层和其它部门的万能钥匙。

6.           Handle, record and follow   up on loan items and extra supplies to guests. Conduct monthly inventories of   on-loan items, phones.

处理,登记和跟踪借出物品,每月盘点一次出借物品,手机。

7.           Record status of daily   attendance for all Housekeeping team members.

记录所有管家部员工出勤的情况。

8.           Prepare monthly reports as   required. Render assistance to respective Housekeeping sections,   Linen/Uniform, Floors, Public Areas, Laundry in preparing their monthly   reports and inventories.

9.           按要求准备月报表。为管家部各部分,即布草房,楼层,公共区域,洗衣房准备月度报告和盘点提供帮助。

10.     Review and update the monthly Housekeeping Manning Guide.

更新管家部月度人力报告。

11.     To send items for   repairing to department concerned and inform Floor Supervisor when repaired   item is ready for pick up.

将需要维修的东西送至工程部维修并且知会楼层主管何时可以取回。

12.     To record all   telephone calls and follow up.

记录所有的电话并跟进解决问题。

13.     To handle and log   calls from Floor Supervisors and room attendants for trouble and advises   department concerned.

记录楼层主管和客房服务员遇到的问题,并与相关部门进行协调。

14.     To make purchase   requests.

填写采购申请单。

15.     To handle all   incoming and outgoing records.

处理所有进出文件。

16.     To maintain and   update room history records.

保持和更新房况记录。

17.     To   file documents according to established system.

按照既定系统将各种文件存档。

18.     To   handle complementary orders, cancellations or room changes.

处理临时订房、预订取消、换房等。

19.     To   keep the concerned Floor Supervisors informed regarding group arrival, group   departures and preset up for VIP arrivals.

随时告知楼层主管关于团队的到达、离店、VIP客人抵达等相关的信息等。

20.     To   handle lost and found.

处理失物招领。

21.     Keep good communication with other departments.

同其他部门协调工作。

22.       Assist   with the preparation of team member duty rosters.

协助准备员工花名册。

23.       Ensure   all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis.

保证所有报告和服务都按时完成。

24.       Abide   by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Hilton Code of Business Conduct and   the hotel’s Team member Handbook.

遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守希尔顿的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。

25.     Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.

坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序

26.     To   ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adhere to   the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.

确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。

27.     Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as   assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。

28.      Perform other related duties and special   projects.

根据工作需要,履行其它的工作职责和特殊的任务。

29.      To undertake any other reasonable task or request   as directed by the management.

接受支援其他部门的任务或要求的安排。

30.      The management reserves the right to change /   extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her /   his employment.
