Training Administration
1、To keep training records properly.
2、To administer all Training Sponsorship and Subsidization.
3、To administer all Cross Training and Familiarization programs.
4、To assist in preparing Training Budget and Annual Training Plans.
5、To maintain stock control of all training resources.
6、To assist staff activities and HR operations.
In-house Training
1、To identify training needs, review and update existing training courses and design training programs.
2、To conduct Orientation programs for new joined staff.
3、To conduct Regal Guest Service Workshops for guest contact staff.
4、To conduct Supervisory and On-The-Job Coaching training for supervisory staff.
5、To evaluate training effectiveness by thorough evaluation.
6、To organize and co-ordinate all pre-course and post-course arrangements for anguage training courses.
7、To organize and co-ordinate all pre-course and post-course arrangements for other courses e.g. Beauty Class.
Departmental Training
1、To closely monitor Departmental Training in all departments within the hotel.
Personnel administration
1、To prepare pre-employment formalities for newly recruited candidates including opening personal file, preparing name badge, locker staff card, employee handbook, safety guidelines and registration for fingerprint.
2、To support new joined staff on their commencement dates.
3、To handle check out procedures for leaving staff on their last date of work.
4、To issue certificate of employment to separated staff.
5、To administer leave application and report special cases to Assistant Human Resources Manager.
6、To prepare annual leave report on monthly basis.
7、To prepare meal coupons to distribute to casual staff.
8、To update staff canteen notice board.
9、To conduct locker room checks on a weekly basis and update locker record.
10、To be responsible for the administration of the HR department, e.g. controlling all in and out correspondence, filing and stationary inventory at the department.
11、To perform other duties as instructed by HR Head/ Human Resources Manager/ Assistant Human Resources Manager.
