岗位职责
- Always keep smile to the internal and external customer.
始终对客人及同事保持微笑。
- Handle group reservation related matters
处理团队预定相关事宜
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures including correct forms to use, how to read e-mail, messages, and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems.
 了解预订程序标准，其中包括：正确使用表格，怎样读电子邮件、信息，怎样通过预订系统了解可供房间资源。
-Abide by principles of guest privacy.
 遵守保护客人隐私的原则。
-Timely to refresh the reservation Email box and others OTAs Reservation system.
时时刷新预定邮箱和其他预定中心后台。
-Handle guests’ needs or requests and reports complaints to Manager.
 满足客人的需要或请求，并向经理汇报投诉情况。
-Report on logbook daily.
 每日记下工作日志。
-Sell the Wyndham Hotels Group products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
运用向上销售和建议性销售等技巧销售温德姆酒店集团的产品和服务。
-Promote the Hotel’s (and WYNDHAM generally) products and services.
推销酒店（以及整个温德姆酒店集团）的产品和服务。
-Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all WYNDHAM Hotels in your region
充分了解所在地区的所有温德姆酒店的产品和服务。
-Accept wait list reservations.
接受等候单上的客人预订。
-Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.
修改延期和提前离店等情况的预订记录。
-Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same.
调查和记录未按预订抵店的预订情况。

岗位要求
1.中专及以上学历；
2.说话口齿清楚，音质优美，反应敏捷
