1.保持室内、楼道卫生，随时清理。

2.认真检查宿舍及员工宿舍的安全、卫生。

3.在确保宿舍安全性的同时与相关部门保持良好的沟通以保持宿舍良好运转。协调宿舍维修的相关事宜，工程部维修人员需在宿舍管理人员的陪同下进行维修。

4.帮助员工解决生活上的困难，并根据自己的能力尽可能的提供帮助。

5.检查每月物业提供的水电费、物业费及餐费的

账单。

6.协助办理员工入住手续，在员工住进之前安排好房间。

7.协助办理员工退寝手续，清点物品。

8.每天认真检查宿舍安全，发现问题及时解决并汇报。

1.Keep the public area of residence clean, and clean them frequently.

2.Check the residence carefully.

3.Ensure dormitory premise safety and communicate any discrepancies with related departments. The POMEC Ambassadors should be accompanied with residence attendant when repairing.

4.Assist associates to solve problems in life and give a hand within power possibility depending on actual situation.

5.Check the bills of water and electricity fees，meal expenses and property management fees monthly provided by the property company.

6.Assist Ambassador check-in, arrange accommodation for associates and all preparations must be done before they move in.

7.Assist Ambassador check-out, inventory and related products which are provided to associates.

8. Check the residence every day to ensure the dormitory’s safety.
