1.前厅部副经理职责是在前厅部经理的指导下将每天的工作以最高的效率完成。保持最高标准的客
户服务和客户满意度。
2.获取大使的反馈。解决部门内的冲突和问题。
3.通过下属主管人员对前厅部的运作进行管理并监督本部门大使工作表现考察及大使培训等工作的实施以保证部门的经营目标的实现以及服务水平达到酒店的标准。
4.协助前厅部经理执行部门大使对于销售程序及产品价值的培训以完成部门销售指标。
5.向部门经理提出有助于协调有潜力的大使的职业和个人目标的发展的建议。
6.为大使提供指导,以帮助他们为未来的发展做准备,达到他们的目标。确保所有的大使和工作目标都能有计划的实现。
7.保持与主管及资深大使有效,定期的交流以确保完成前厅部经理下达的任务。
8.每日观察客人的动向并能够处理客人的投诉并与客人建立友好的关系。
9.按照需要帮助所有的前厅部工作岗位。例如: 前台接待、服务中心、礼宾部、行政酒廊,大堂大使)
10.检查和确保所有为重要客人分配的标准间/套间在客人抵达前已经准备就绪,而且客房中所需用具均已布置完毕。
11.协助处理客人的询问和投诉。
12.汇报客人的评价和反映,以便于改进后提高服务水平。
13必须对前厅收银员为客人入帐和结帐的工作进行实质性监督。
14.提出日常工作中有效的建议,特别是跟进服务,增加收入以及节省成本方面。
15通过细致入微的管理改善酒店的运作,特别是在提高服务标准,增加酒店收入,减少损失方面。
1.The Asst. Front Office Manager is responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Front Office Manager for the efficient overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty. They are to maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction.
2.Obtain employee’s feedback. Resolve any conflicts, problems existing in the department.
3.Manage the operations of Front Office Department through subordinate supervisors and oversee effective performance review and training of employees to ensure the achievement of departmental productivity, business objectives and quality service standards are met.
4.Support FOM in the implementation of training programmers, evaluation and motivation of Ambassador in order to achieve sales objectives.
5.Identify any ambassador development needs and communicate to FOM.
6.Provide guidance to ambassador to prepare them for future advancement and achieving their goal. Ensure all career and working goals are met with organized planning.
7.Maintain effective and regular communication with Supervisors/Senior Front Desk ambassadors in order to ensure complete delivery of missions set by FOM.
8.Oversee the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints and to establish an amicable relationship with guests, clients and customers of the Hotel.
9.Assist all area in the Front Office Dept. as required. (i.e.: Reception, Service Center, Concierge, Club Millésime, Lobby Ambassador)
10.Check and ensure that all rooms/suites assigned for VIPs(V1-V2) are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before arrival.
