职位描述

1.Room Attendant is responsible to clean and maintain guest rooms as well as surrounding areas, also provide guest services on the assigned guest floor in accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies established by the Hotel, in order to ensure friendly, efficient and customer orientated service in a clean and orderly environment.  Guest delight is the primary focus of all the duties and functions of a Room Attendant.                                                           

2.Pick up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions.  Sign in / out on the attendant sheet and the floor keys.  Report to assigned areas with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.

3.Clean and maintain guest rooms, guest corridors, and pantry according to set standards and procedures.

4.Replenish guest supplies.

5.Check, replenish and post charges of consumed mini bar items.

6.Pick up laundry and dry cleaning items whenever require.

7.Carry out valet services when required including delivery of linen or processing laundry orders.

8.Ensure guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.

9.Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms to superior and Housekeeping office.

10.Maintain a daily room check and Room Attendant report.

11.Report and submits lost and found articles to superior / Housekeeping office immediately.

12.Report room discrepancy.

13.Record room status in allocated section accurately.

14.Communicates frequently with Housekeeping Office and supervisor or manager on the status and conditions of guest floor.

15.Be Consistent in delivery of service

16.Protect guest and hotel assets and privacy.

17.Ensures requests are expedite requests as quickly and effectivelyor referred to the respective and confirms with respective department for their follow up action.

18.Respond to all guest requests in an enthusiastic manner.

19.Ensures a high level of customer delight, always meet and exceed customer expectation. 

20.Ensures a high level of guest recovery from guest complaints, and report to supervisor.

21.Try to get the in-house guest name and greet them by name.

22.Get the all information from Housekeeping office for group arrival and all events for the day and be ready to answer guests’ inquires.

23.Be a competent user of available equipment and automation tools used within the section and department.

24.Ensures all equipment and cleaning tools are kept cleaned & tidy and in order. 

25.Ensures the equipment and tools are maintained properly, and in good working conditions.

26.Keeps work areas and pantry cleaned & tidy and in order 

27.Respect all safety measure and handling all equipment and chemical with CARE.

28.Never compromise safety.

29.Become a main player during emergency drills. 

30.Ensure safe working practices, adhere to safety procedures. 

31.Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to supervisor.

32.Full knowledge of emergency procedures.

33.Familiar with and ensure implementation of the provisions and procedures of the hotel.

34.Obey the work arrangement of supervisor at anytime, complete the task on time.

35.Timely report the problem to the supervisor.

36.Ensures all public area defects to report housekeeping office or POMEC to follow up.

37.Follows and adhere to the grooming standards set by the hotel and department.

38.Attends training to improve work performance and maximizes potential.

39.Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

40.Involves in multi-skilling programwithin the department. 

41.Complete other tasks assigned by superior on         time.

 

 

1.楼层服务员的职责是打扫和维护客房及其所负责楼层的公共区域,按照酒店统一的标准和指导方针政策在一个干净有次序环境中提供友好、有效率的对客服务。                                                                

2.从客房部领取自己的工作任务,并查看是否有任何问题。在出席簿和钥匙簿签出所领耶的钥匙,配备着所需钥匙,清洁工具等备品到分配的区域中工作。

3.按照既定标准和工作程序,对客房、走廊和工作间进行清洁。 

4.补充客用品。

5.检查、补充、收取小酒吧物品的费用。

6.不论在任何时候都可以接收洗衣或干洗。

7.如有需要,提供客衣服务的相关工作,包括递送布草、收取客衣等。

8.及时、真诚的完成主管分派的工作和客人要求。

9.向主管及客房办公室汇报酒店客房内的损坏或故障情况。

10.完成每日客房检查和服务员工作单。

11.及时向主管汇报并上交客人遗失物品至客房部办公室。

12.报告差异房。

13.准确记录所负责区域的房态。

14.保持和办公室、主管以及经理的联系,确保客房楼层维持最好的状态。

15.始终如一地提供高标准的服务。

16.保护客人及酒店的财产及隐私。

17.对客人的要求要迅速及时地与相关部门联系并予以解决。

18.热情地回答客人的询问。 

19.确保尽可能让每个客人满意,始终达到并超越客人期望。 

20.确保及时解决客人的抱怨,并汇报给主管。

21.力争记住住店客人的姓名,以便与其打招呼。

22.熟悉有关团队和宴会的情况以便回答客人的询问。

23.熟练掌握各项设备的使用技术。

24.随时保证工具设备干净整洁,有序并状态良好。

25.保证设备和工具合理维护,随时处于良好状态。

26.保证工作区域和工作间干净整洁,次序妥当。

27.注意安全使用各种设备和清洁剂。

28.对于安全问题决不妥协。

29.在紧急情况下要勇敢上阵。

30.确保安全工作,坚持安全工作程序。

31.向上级汇报楼层里的反常行为和活动。

32.在紧急事件处理程序上有丰富的知识。

33.熟知并确保落实酒店的规定和程序。

34.随时服从领班的工作安排,按时完成工作任务。

35.管辖区域的问题及时报告主管。

36.工作范围内发现的工程问题要及时报告办公室。

37.服从酒店及部门对仪容仪表的要求。

38.积极参加各项培训并挖掘自身潜质。

39.按要求参加会议和培训活动。

40.参加部门每项技能的交叉学习培训。

41.按时完成上级主管分配的其他任务。
