§  Sends and picks upguest and hotel employees from/ to airport or any designated place punctually,as assigned by Team Leader.
根据领班指派准时接送客人和酒店员工至机场或指定地点。
§  Checks/ inspectsvehicle before starting the shift, reports any unsure condition of the vehicleto the Team Leader for necessary actions. 
上班前检查车辆，将车辆的任何不确定状况汇报给领班以采取必要的行动。
§  Transports guest’sluggage or hotel goods in an efficient manner.
高效地运输客人的行李和酒店货物。
§  Maintains and cleansall vehicles and equipment to maintain a professional image.
维护并清洁所有的车辆和设备以保持职业化的形象。
§  Directs guests andvisitors to any of the Hotel’s facilities when necessary.
必要时指引客人和访客至饭店设施。
§  Drives any hotelvehicles in a careful and law-abiding manner, ensuring that speed limits arenever exceeded.
驾驶任何酒店的车辆，都要依照法规谨慎驾驶，确保不超速行驶。
§  Loads and unloadsguest’s luggage for arriving and departing guests.
为到店/离开的客人装卸行李
§  Assists all guestswith luggage storage, ensuring the proper handling, storage, security andprocedures are followed.
协助保存客人行李，确保正确的处理、储存及安全程序。
§  Assists inpreventing unauthorized parking in driveway.
协助阻止车辆在行车道上乱停乱放。
§  Assists in prevententrance of unauthorised or undesirable persons.
协助阻止闲散人员和不受欢迎的人随意进入酒店。
§  Opens Hotel/ cardoors, welcomes and greets guests and visitors when opportunity arises.
主动为客人开/关车门，并问候客人。
§  Directs traffic inthe Hotel’s driveway.
指挥酒店车道的交通。
§  Assists otherdepartments as requested.
需要时协助酒店其他部门。
§  Ensures the safekeeping of all vehicles’ keys.
确保所有车辆钥匙的妥善保管。
§  Sends vehicle to thedesignated Service Centre as per the Servicing Schedule.
根据保养计划，将车辆送至指定的养护中心。
§  Reports complaintsor problems to Team Leader/ Assistant Manager if no immediate solution can befound.
对于不能及时解决的投诉与问题需汇报给领班、副理。
§  Ensures a salesattitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all salesopportunities within the Hotel.
随时采取销售员的态度并把握酒店内的销售契机。
§  Ensures a high levelof product knowledge of hotel and local area.
确保具备翔实的酒店及当地产品知识。
§  Ensures theAssistant Manager/ Team Leader is kept fully aware of any relevant feedbackfrom either customers or other departments.
将客人或其他部门的相关反馈通报给副理、领班。
§  Be knowledgeable andpromotes/ upsells Rooms, Outlets, transportation and other facilities/programmes whenever opportunities arises.
理解并利用一切机会推广和促销客房、餐厅、运输服务和其他设施、计划。
§  Complies with allsystems and procedures as laid down by the Rooms Division.
遵循房务部的所有系统和程序。
§  Has a thoroughunderstanding of all the services offered by the Hotel.
对酒店所提供的服务有全面的了解。
§  Reads all memosconcerning the Transportation.
阅读有关运输部的所有通知。
§  Accurately maintainsand updates the Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance Record Book.
正确记录和更新车辆保养和维修记录。
