Job Description:
· 参与起草预算,负责部门的收益与亏损。 Involved inbudget
preparations and responsible for Profit & Loss· 关注酒店客房可卖情况,团队用房、包价、促销行政楼层客房、提高日租用
房收入及提高房间人数使用量,实现酒店可售客房平均收益最大化。
Maximizehotel revenue by controlling room inventory, group
blocking, packages, upselling to Executive Floor Rooms,
increasing the late charge policy and doubleoccupancy to
maximize RevPar.· 起草年度预算、人力资源预算、并且是使运营成本控制在预算。
Preparesthe annual budget and manning guide and manages
the Front Office Departmentwithin budgetary guidelines.· 合理控制各分部的班次人力安排,既保证服务质量,同时也科学地控制人力
成本。Controllingof the duty roster for sub departments
guaranteeing the quality as well asconsidering the highest
personnel cost efficiency.
Quolifications:
1. 熟知酒店管理系统中前厅、客房和收益管理的操作。Experience with
PMSsystem in Front Office, Housekeeping and Revenue
Management would be anadvantage.2.出色的沟通能力和人际关系技巧并时刻保持良好的专业形象
Excellentcommunication and inter-personal skills with
superb presentation and grooming3. 出色的管理能力并能推行其管理理念
