工作职责
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
确保完成应收、应付、信贷及收入的账单、过账、付款及收款工作
Ensuring that all A/R, A/P, Credit and Income are kept up to date – regular billing,postings, payment mark-up, collection follow up, etc.
监督审核应收及应付账目
Review monthly Accounts Receivable & A/P Statement.
定时跟进并解决有关应收及应付账目的问题
Regular follow-up to resolve disputed outstanding cases in the Accounts Receivables and A/P.
每天督导所有提交上来的回扣及信贷事项
Control and monitor all rebates and credits passed on day-to-day basis.
完成总账包括根据指示做好每月财务报告准备工作
Control and monitor general accounting including preparation of monthly financial statements as per instructions received.
审核每月进行账目的调整包括所有资产负债账户
Review monthly accounts reconciliation (all balance sheet accounts).
维持酒店内部账目的更新
Keeping the Inter-company Accounts updated.
在预定时间内连同财务总监完成月/年末结算工作
Month /Year-end closing together with the Director of Finance within the set timetable.
监督和指导部门的日常运作指引员工解决问题
As much as possible he/she will take care of the staff’s various problems with their daily work,answer any questions asked by employeesand give necessary instructions.
监管月末结算工作保证准时提供数据At themonth end, the Chief Accountant will supervise the closing of the books andwill ensure that required data are provided in time.
必须充分熟知以及不断根据酒店的指示更新数据
He/shemust familiar and constantly keep up-to-date with instructions issued by Hotelor company in so far as the accounting, control and general administration systemsare concerned.
没权雇佣任何员工。此项问题只能由财务总监来处理。类似地凡涉及到其他部门经理或员工的问题均需由财务总监亲自处理
It shouldbe stressed that the Chief Accountant does not have authority to hireaccounting staff. Such problems should therefore solely be handled by the DOF,similarly, any problem involving a department head or employee of anotherdepartment will have to be dealt with by the DOF.
完成财务总监以及管理层分配的任务
To do allsuch jobs and related duties as are assigned to him/her by the DOF and themanagement.
承担部门培训的职责
Trainingof employees – must take initiative to guide and train junior employees in thedepartment.
创造良好的工作环境确保员工遵守酒店的规章制度
Creatingconducive working environment – ensure that the staff adheres to hotel rulesand regulations and the discipline is maintained.
与其它部门维持良好的工作关系
Maintaininggood working relationship with other departments.
文件归档整齐并且更新
Keepfiling organized and updated.
保管好部门的文件以便内部及外部的审查
Departmentrecords must be well kept for internal and external
audits.
在财务总监外出的期间必须接管其职责
Insummary, the Chief Accountant must be capable of taking over the DOF’sresponsibility, should the latter be away from the hotel for a short period oftime.
及时完成财务总监分配的其他任务
Other job assigned byDOF.

大专以上学历,会计相关专业毕业
Junior college or above degree, specialty of finance related
英语水平
ENGLISH SKILLS
具有一定的听力及口语能力,简单书写能力
Listening and oral skills,Basic writing skills
工作经验
EXPERIENCE
8年以上FIN相关工作经验,2年以上同岗位同级别酒店资历。
8 year or above finance working experience, 2 years or above chief accountant or assistant chief accountant working experience in same level hotel.
