§ Represents POMEC on the Hotel Executive Committee, ensures theefficient & economic operation of the POMEC Division providing services andsupport to other Divisions as required, maintaining equipment, buildings andgrounds in optimum condition.
§ Conducts weekly Energy & Maintenance Meetings, ensuring allmeetings are well planned, efficient and results oriented.
§ Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
§ Ensures all employees provide courteous and professional service atall times. 
§ Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficientmanner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found,whilst providing feedback for a prompt follow up.
§ Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrialrelations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulationsestablished in the Employee handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire,hygiene and health & safety.
§ Is actively involved in the welfare, safety, development andwell-being of employees providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomaticfeedback.
§ Ensures high standards of personal presentation & grooming.
§ Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good workingrelationships.
§ Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times andpositively representing the Hotel Executive Team and Hyatt International.
§ Responds to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondaryduties and to changes as dictated by the Hotel, industry & company.
