1. Supervises and participates in the activities of Room Attendant and Cleaners engaged in cleaning all public areas except the Kitchen, in accordance with standard procedures and instructions of the Assistant Housekeeper

2. Checks daily function orders; inspects blocked function rooms and other outlets for the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Provides plants when appropriate and as requested by the Banquet Manager to beautify the Function Rooms.

4. Attends promptly to complaints regarding Housekeeping services and equipment and takes necessary corrective action.
