岗位职责/职位描述

Scope of Position

To provide full secretarial and administration to the Executive Office
To maintain the strictness confidentiality on all matters relating to MOHG, including all other internal matters directed to Executive Office and MOPUD. 

Requirements                         

University Degree                                
Minimum 3-5 year work experience for the PA/EA role in Executive Office
Customer-focus, Functional/Technical Skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Strong time management and the ability to prioritise work 
Required to have a thorough understanding of the entire hotel operations
Being a quick learner and be conversant on a broad range of business disciplines                              
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality with integrity
Highly organised & efficient
Strong interpersonal skills and being able to work well with a multi-cultural and diverse work force
Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters
Being self-motivated and work under own initiative
