ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 主要职责：
1. Formulate and implement business strategies in line with marketing and product plan to develop new business opportunities to drive revenue.
根据市场需求及产品规划制定经营策略，发展新的商业机会提高营业额。
2. Is able to create new innovative ideas as per trends for events to attract new & regular guests at Equis to drive set revenue targets.
根据市场营销趋势开发创新理念，吸引新老客户，完成营销目标。
3. Plans & organizes Sales calls to clients to drive revenue. 
计划和组织销售拜访，提高收入。
4. Is able to target different profile of industries, inviting clients for entertainment and convert them to Equis loyal guests
能够针对多变的行业情况，邀请多重客人体验并使之成为Equis的忠实顾客。
5. Is able to build new accounts for Equis months over months.
每月为Equis增加新的客源。
6. Drive membership and events by working together with Membership/event managers
与会籍经理/宴会经理协作，提高会籍和宴会的收入。
7. Establish strong KOL/Influencers for Equis
为Equis建立稳固强大的媒体关系。
8. Responsible for managing costs associated while planning & executing of events. 
计划及控制宴会成本。
9. Manage the coordination of executing events hand-in-hand with operations, marketing & entertainment partners
负责管理和协调管理与运营部门，市场部及娱乐合作方三者之间亲密无间的合作。
10. Responsible for creating & maintaining guest database of Equis to use it for various promotions & events.
负责开发及维护Equis顾客体系，以提高各类促销活动的收入。
11. Responsible to achieve weekly, monthly and yearly revenue goals.
负责达到每周，每月及每年的营业额目标。
12. Develops and implements suitable reports to analyze events success or failure to ensure it can be used in future to develop new promotions & events.
负责制定及实施适合的报表，分析每次会议活动的成功与不足，以用于未来活动中得到改进从而发展新的促销活动。
13. Develops surrounding marketing-oriented messaging about Equis products, entertainment promotions, etc. to current hotel and potential members.
向目前酒店护会员以及潜在会员介绍Equis的产品及活动，并开发周边营销市场。
14. Maintain and analyzing statistics and to produce management reports an up to date and complete database record.
维护分析数据，并生成管理报告，维护最新数据以及完成整的数据资料记录。
