Key Responsibilities:
1.Directly responsible for all Chinese culinary areas, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel；
2.Responsible for all the Chinese food / dishes related but not specific to Chinese Restaurant, Chinese Banquet, ADD as well as in any outlet or menu in the hotel, as required by the executive chef；
3.Responsible for Ambassador’s career development and promotions, suspension and legal disciplinary actions when necessary；
4.Inspects, when requested by Executive chef, perishable food items received for quality control；
5.Responsible in creating new menus, upgrading food quality and presentations in all outlets related to Chinese food or show kitchens；
6.Assist or executes inspections of physical aspect the food preparation areas；
7.Develop formal training plans and conducts on the job training sessions for kitchen employees.
 
Qualifications:
1.Minimum of 7 years food and beverage management experience, preferably in the luxury setting;
2.Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency;
3.Language skills: Mandarin Chinese.

1.领导负责整个中厨区域，在酒店的框架结构内确保其平稳运行并为酒店取得收益；
2.按照行政总厨要求负责相关的所有中餐食品/菜品但并不仅是具体的中餐馆、中餐宴会、全日制餐厅和酒店任何部门或菜单；
3.负责员工们的职业发展和晋升，在必要的情况下，留职查看和采取法律惩戒措施；
4.根据中厨房行政总厨的要求，检查购入易损货物的品质；
5.负责所有中厨食品相关部门和开放式厨房新菜单的创建、提高食品质量和摆盘；
6.协助并监督厨房的卫生情况；
7.制定正式的培训计划并参加厨房员工的培训。
  
岗位要求：
1.必须有7年以上酒店餐饮部门管理层经验，奢华酒店尤佳；
2.持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证；
3.语言技能：中文。
